3. Take time off whenever I want

4. Work from anywhere

5. No unnecessary deadlines, meetings, or targets

6. My day, my routine

7. Full ownership of what I build

8. Constant learning and growth

9. Complete control over my time:

   • what I do
   • when I do it
   • with whom I do it
   • for how long

* Enough not just in money, but in peace — to comfortably fulfill my responsibilities, duties, and promises.
